This policy explains what personal data Nexus collects, why, and the choices you have. Nexus is provided by Mayfair Group ("we").
What we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash), the business data you and your clients add to Nexus, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and rate limiting.
Our role
For the client and business data you store, you are the data controller and we act as your processor. For account and website data, we are the controller.
How we use it
To run the service, keep it secure, respond to support and enquiries, and improve it. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with Cloudflare. We keep it while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of account closure, except where the law requires us to keep records.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us using the details on our contact page.
